I think if you're like a really well run place and you have all of the basics buttoned up, and you're like, great, like we actually think we have no attack surface, then red team can be useful. I was lucky that I worked at Netflix and I learned a ton from just awesome colleagues around. And then he would say also, you know, talk to your peers and other organizations. You know, the wisdom of your collective crowd is really good.
