What does insider trading even mean these days? Is a kind of an arbitrary thing that getsl ated in case? No, i think there is a sort of technical meaning that people don't find necessarily intuitive. The open sea thing is interesting because it's not a stock. There was story a few years back when the amazon was going toa open an h q,. and new york and the can queens, i think. And some people bought up, like, meno real estate around where the headquarters as going to be. Under the he open sea theory, that would be a crime too, even though it's notA securitys crime.
