The Differences Between Learning and Intelligence in Different Countries

There are some pretty distinct differences in terms of averages across different nations and even different parts of the world. The biggest generalization you can have, think about learning, is that it's possible for all kids to learn how to add fractions. It is possible, but not all kids, because obviously some children have profound learning disabilities. But for most kids, what the system shows is that most kids can reach a reasonably high level of academic achievement.
