How to Build a Successful Business

A lot of the things in your book, probably like you say, apply very largely to just human interactions in general. And I think too often when we get excited about a new offer service, products, solution, whatever you want to call it, we just jump right into like, let's create this mode. We usually build a solution for the big problem when they are only thinking about the small P problems. So if you develop a pattern of doing this on a regular basis, every time you have a great idea, you can by six to 12 weeks get all the information you need to know whether or not to move forward with it.
