The Importance of Being an Old Fart

"I'm intensely creative with software because I've always worked in the R&D end of the spectrum. So like I'm solving problems early in the piece," he says. "And we're just a product of that experience like programming to me is create creativity and the things that I use it for as creative pursuits, which is why I end up writing a better product." He adds: "You stop caring after a while. You stop caring about being an old fart".
