The Battle of Blitzkre
The french army was huge. It had the maginal line, so it could concentrate its forces to the north where they might come through the arden. Their fighters were comparable to the b f one o nine. But they didn't want to fight jamelin. A lot of the french command were in their sixties and seventies. They didn't like younger people that advocated more mobile tactics. So it was a crisis of command, not material.
