I think I was just like, while I'm healthy and I don't really have any exclusions, I may as well do it. Do it now. So that would have been probably, you know, what six months before? Yeah, about that. And then the stage is for me to get to that point. It's such a, even just with CO long COVID in general, no one knew what, like what constituted it. Like I went to doctors and they didn't really give a whole lot of advice or it was like, oh, wait and see.
