Doing Leg Extensions and Hack Squats Is a Good Idea

For each muscle group, try and find an exercise in which you get that muscle into a weighted stretch position. So for the hamstrings, that would be the leg curl. For the calves, it would be a seated calf raise. I'm not here to tell you which exercises to do or not do. It's probably wise to at least consider doing at least two exercises per muscle group, probably three maximum.
