Are You Using a Fidget Spinner?
I never start working before ten a m, and i love working after 10 pm. I'm just in the zone atat that hour of the day. A standing desk is cheaper than my normal desk but it's not as good for work. No notifications on your phone was the most impactl thing in my life. The fidget spinner keeps you 'on the wall' during meetings. And having pockets of time makes it easy to relax when doing important things.
