How to Eat a High Fat Low Carb Diet

During that period of time, you're eating not just like on the bike and on the run, but your meals were basically close to carbs. So breakfast would be like meat-based eggs and meat or basil. I would do what I call high fat smoothie for breakfast. And then usually before my afternoon workout, so I'd hammer through another half can or so of coconut milk. Then dinner was usually where I'd put in more of the carbohydrates, especially after I saw it was happening to my thyroid.
