What Are the Characteristics of a Maturing or Mature Public Company?
Mature public companies typically have increasing revenue and maybe more predictable revenue, right? So the companies are going to be called upon to more frequently put out public guidance about what their revenue is going to be. And because of their larger size, they have to put into place additional procedures and policies and processes to try to manage that growth. These are some of the characteristics that I would look at from a business standpoint.
