What's the Difference Between a Designer and a Prototyper?

I was talking to Matt Gallivan from Slack yesterday, he said this interesting thing that because I was fishing for like what are some of the characteristics and skills that we need as research leaders. It made me think about how often when we're getting engagement is to help other people fall in love with the problems that we have fallen in love with. And so I don't always have to develop passion for solving the problem, but develop passion for why this is why user research is the avenue or the platform through which to answer that and solve that problem. The storytelling components and kind of leveraging that background in film and documentary has been very helpful in terms of evangelizing research.
