A lot of paid marketing teams are becoming product teams and like leveraging data and engineering to scale up paid marketing. Andi: You either need to move more to,. like, the product end of the spectrum and learn, like, some of the technical skills and things of that nature to work on those types teams. But there's room for very technical, data oriented, engineering minded a marketer as well.
