The Duty to Assist the Named Person

In 2023, UK will have gas engineers and taxi drivers spying on their passengers in the interests of child safety. But at the same time we've got councils perfectly happy that highly sexualised entertainers are going to be training children in their arts. So is this confusion accidental? I don't think it is. I think this is designed to confuse the public so they can't see the real attack which is on our privacy as adults but also they are after the minds of the children.
