Before becoming an m p a rhap, you were special adviser under the previous labour government. Youyou respid to david blunkett when he wast at work on pensions. What was he like to work for? He was brilliant. An a mere sight off ache. When he resigned in er being home secretary, or wa sak, whatever way he wants to describe it, i went to work with him in parliament. I'd had enough of the civil service. The thing that i got most from working for him was his absolute relentless pursuit of change and progress.
