The Average Retention Rate for College Students
The average for the US is 75%. So don't consider 75% good. We should be failing out many, many more people than we do at universities across the entire spectrum. What's important here is not the absolute number, but the relative number. The retention rate is literally showing you how many of them are coming back. And as you and I both know when you're dealing with college students, most of them are come back if they can.
