The Importance of Retiring Early
In the Soviet Union retirement age for men was 60, for women was 55. If you had so-called quote unquote difficult work, you could retire five years earlier. As a man, if you're a mind worker, you get to retire at 50 basically. And this is being presented in our corporate media as like a happy, you know, feel good story of somebody bucking the odds and doing well. When in fact it should be presented as tales of a late capitalist dystopia, right? Yeah. I wish everyone to live to a hundred. Like it's so fucking sad.
