CJ Dates 50 Years of Databases Book Review
I've been reading certain books lately, one of them is CJ dates 50 years of databases book. I think CJ's done a remarkable job at capturing the field of relational databases and orthodoxy. He also feels like the book is full of shit talking on nearly everybody in the industry. And I think it does CJ a huge disservice. The fact that companies like Google Amazon have built their businesses upon systems that seem to get the job done even though they're not traditional according to the strict definition of cod for example. It doesn't doesn't abdicate,. you know, it doesn't take anything away from what's happening it's like, these are false comparisons in some way.
