If you have a strategy of hoping things work out, it doesn't work that way. And honestly, it's hard to avoid these thoughts. I got out of this on this morning as the market was going down. It's just diabolical what happens in your head when you're trading. If you feel tired, take a break. Like we all need breaks. This doesn't have to be a grindstone.
