The Dangers of Perfectionism
Perfectionism is sometimes a coping mechanism to help you deal with anxiety and stress. It's kind of like a hobby or an addiction, it's something to focus on when we feel insecure. But it's a really dangerous unhealthy habit to identify with external bars because what happens is you live and die by them. For example, if you feel driven to maintain perfection in your physical body and let's say you get sick or you break your leg then you might feel completely despicable. If I just had blank, I would be happy.
