Is There a Problem With Adhawk Analysis?

One of the two Google teams is working on monitoring full time. They don't want machines trying to figure out why something went wrong. So in other words, they wouldn't have a system that says, like, o, query performance has degraded. The cause? It must be related to needing more cpu.
