I think of tiredness and sleepiness is different. I tend to use tired also to refer to sleepy. Sometimes it could be the parts like, well, okay, you can't go to sleep now, but you sort of not been prioritizing sleep enough in general. So I'm going to kind of like keep reminding you that you should get more sleep until you deal with it. But sometimes I feel persistence less so I used to feel more frequently persistent sleepiness in situations where I wasn't going to go to sleep. There's something a little bit dysfunctional about that, not like it's the worst thing in the world.
