Hubspot C or M Platform - What's the Target?

Leadership is always going to ask for more leads or more revenue. What's our bottom up growth model if we invest in these things based on the budget that we've been given? Can we actually get to the number that leadership's asking us for? If we don't think we can, let's be honest about that and have a conversation with leadership. How much do i put into s o hopes that i'm just going to get a bunch of good organic traffic in six months from now? As you're putting your planning together, how much are you thinking about investing for to day, as opposed a building for to morrow?
