Is Coffee a Strong Appetite Suppressant?

There's no real lasting effect there for energy intake. In individuals with certain sort of anxiety disorders or major depressive disorder, actual caffeine intake may increase their energy intake in a particular meal. People who drink coffee regularly seem to have a more health promoting dietary pattern. But if you're taking in a liquid beverage that has, you know, let's say 700 calories or 1000 calories, the interesting thing about liquid calories outside of maybe a protein shake is we do not compensate for that fully throughout the day.
