The conversations and sort of modules that happen at our retreat before those initiative decisions are made are 100% strategic conversations. It's like, what is going on? What matters? Why does it matter? What are we missing? What will we be mad about any year if we don't do anything about it? And that could be like fixing hiring or it could be, you know, engaging in web three. So it's a huge, it's ahuge swath of opportunity, but it is very strategic and it is about trade ops.
