You've really got to think about the back end and the things that are required. You could get out your original iPhone, iPod touch or whatever but you probably can't use it as a web browser unless you go through some kind of proxyThat's deliberately made to support that. And then that's not even getting into the app store and whether all of your apps now require, you know, a certain API. So they're, I don't know how possible it is. If you can get an older version of an app, it's probably not possible or at least not easy.
