The Transparency Way Is the Way to Go

If the US were to do what the UK is doing, I would be in favor of that. Is it sufficient? Absolutely not. There's so many things that can move us in the right direction. But until companies develop the will to recruit women into senior positions with much more energy, we're just not going to see movement on this.
