i'm imagining you going breaking through that layer of frosting into the realm of perhaps skeletons or unacknowledged feelings like you described. makes me think of that we like to quote you and around here um many people do but you know his he's famous for having said about work with psychedelics beware of unearned wisdom. If you don't have a good context or help or guidance um or support then you can run into some quote unquote knowledge that you don't know how to process, i say. That can be disruptive in a in a non-growth sort of way perhaps yeah.
