How Do You Think About Referrals?

When hiring, make sure references all paint the same picture. Don't set a target where 50 % of someone's comp is at risk unless i have reasonable certainty that they are able to achieve it. integrity values are really important. If there is a customer property in our property, they come before we do. And you just want to make sure that people aren't going to be willing to make those trade offs and those short cuts for a higher sales bonus.
