Is There Diversity in the Workplace?
i hope this will also help some folks think through a why it's so important. It is so important to get a consultante, to have people who understand our experiences of nourdivergent people in the work place. I am very able in lots of ways. Could i do this podcast in a traditional studio environment, where i had to deal with other people telling me what to do? No, i probably couldn't. Would it maybe be a better podcast if i could? Yes, write. But i have to, am work with what i can do. And so many of us ought to see people are working with what we can manage.
