Harry and leo spoke to an owner of an udon noodle restaurant called ganke in the suburbs of tokio. When the owner announced that he had to close because the building was being sold for re development, loyal customers were just searching for a solution to keep it open. Eventually it was saved by an entra printer named raka hashis who saw its potential and she bought it. She plannd to expand it into a small chain of five on shops. And crucially, she's kept gankee's founder on board to make sure the food stays grean.
