What's the Difference Between the 20 21 and the D O D?

The 20 21, you know, this is all like ambulatory reports, all like doctor visits. Basically were just nearly ten times as large as previous years. And that after the d o d said, oh, this is just due to a glitch, right? Let's fix this glitch now. Flip the switch. And suddenly the data doesn't look so different, right? 20 21 doesn't look like it's heading toward a massive year. Maybe when it's completed it'll be up here but no bigger than usual, really.
