On average, we eat maybe 15 grams a day of l a. We eat about a tenth of a gram a day of racket on it. The canola and the sapflower, at least in its original form, and olive oil are virtually indistinguishable by macby fatty acid composition. And the saflower was like 77 % little lake acid originally, and now it's down to like 15%. Largely boosted in omega mono and saturated now.
