Meditation is a useful tool to help alleviate our first, some of our first word problems. To my mind, much of society is centered around promoting anxiety and stress. If you can actually center your life around your community, not because it's better for you, but it'sbetter for them, that stress will go away. I liken it like going to sleep. You don't sit down and say, okay, go to sleep now. Go to sleep now...you have to forget about going to bed. And yeah, all of our first room problems. All of our first words are 'I'm so stressed out'
