The Counter Argument to Microservices
The counter argument that I hear online is that microservices don't solve a technical problem. And so they allow a particular unit within a business to deploy sort of independently. So what would the counter argument to that be? Like, are people just imagining that they can just have a really ugly microservice because it's small? like they don't need to design that code well? "I'm not a huge fan of micro services, so I'm on your side, and it's unbought to work," he says.
