i feel like everyone, when they talk about monoculture, is the idea of people tuning in at a certain time watch the same television show. But i don't actually, the point of the internet is to find things that are hyper specific to you and only you will get them. In an attempt to win, platforms are just cloaning each other. They're just ripping off the best stuff that tiktuck has to bring it over to instogram. And twitter is borrowing from tumbler, and they're just all becoming sort of loans. That's my platform design. I hate it because none of these platforms recognize what makes each of them special.
