Jason: What is it my customer wants desires most? And can I get that down to a phrase and then, or can I get it down to three to five things. It's so easy to make assumptions, no matter how long you've been doing something maybe 100%. So what are the sort of high leverage things you would advise somebody to take like today, if they knew they needed to improve their messaging?
