The Arguments for and Against Regenerative Agriculture
The idea of eating more meat is controversial, but it can be done with regenerative agriculture. Grasslands in the world coevolved with animals and were even a sub-artic circle populated by ruminants such as bison or elk. The healthiest regen farms I've seen do use pulse grazing to manage grazing. And when they're bitten off, so to speak, by a cow goat or sheep or whatever, it stimulates with production. It comes back stronger. And it stimulates carbon going deeper into the soil.
