Early on in meditation, especially if you're working on the concentration aspect, it's really important to sort of do one thing at a time and try to reduce distractions so that you can focus. But over time, as you work on meditation over years, it becomes very difficult to be distracted. Even stuff that seems very distracting like that can become a kind of deep focus experience that is a flow state. So I could talk about this forever, man. This is, I love it.
