The Activation of the Nervous System

When in the body you have these two opposites, when you create these two and by bringing attention to them, something kind of new can come through. So every time there's an activation, for instance, somebody's telling a dream, and they're very activated about it. Or i'm highly aroused and worried, and activated is the word we often use. On the other hand, we have moments where we can be quiet, where something can hold us in a very different place. We might call that the parisonpathetic.
