The Threshold of the Emergency Act

The emergency's act was successfully deployed by law enforcement to restore public safety without significant injury or any fatalities at all. The fact that we now have an opportunity to go over the circumstances that led to that decision in great forensic detail with witnesses testifying is I think an important pillar of our democratic process. We've ranged anywhere from 500 to 2,500 vehicles is what I was told looking in the mirrors it was incredible to see the lights behind you and the long lines  it was approximately 25 kilometers long at sometimes.
