The Common Red Flags in the M&A Space

I was curious are there common red flags or issues you see in kind of the it's not really low middle market but the kind of search space M&A space that kind of come up every time you look at some of these smaller deals. There's generally a lack of governance because it's you know Mr. or Mrs. Blogs owns and runs it and does whatever they want so that's often an issue. And then potentially depending on on the structure there might be into company trading with other other companies that are owned by the business or you know by the business ownersSo those sorts of things have obviously been unusual to say the least.
