"I really felt taken on a little journey listening to Adam because over the course of him telling the story, he actually became very transparent and shared a lot of self-awareness about what was really emotionally difficult for him in his young life," she said. "It's just, it's really funny and it points to something that probably many of us have experienced ... The unrequited grudge against somebody who doesn't even know you exist."
Maybe you want to dismiss your grudges, like they’re petty incidents. Or maybe you hold them tightly, and wear them like badges of honor. Either way, we have them. And we’re taking the view that there’s more going on with our grudges than we think.
