The most important thing for traders to really understand is loss. Learn how to manage your risk, understand that loss is part of the business and you will be able to heal from your loss. I come in every day and i know how much i'm unte risk per day. And at that point, the worst thing that happened is guss what i lose that risk. It helps me focus on what i'm doing, and it helps you focus on what's important, the market.
