Anna says desk bombing is when you go to talk to someone at the desk without having previously arranged that meeting. The next one is warm bank a warm bank W.R.M. warm okay yeah I know what this is. There are loads of food banks in the UK these days people can essentially go there to get food if they don't have enough money to buy food for themselves and it's kind of a sad story really.
