We look at our role as really focusing on that niche piece of filling the units and reducing the operational bureaucracy and burden of maintaining those units basically. We do recognize there is a whole other problem of how do you get more units built and we love people that are working on that problem. But that's not where we fit in. We fit in in once the units are built, we can't have units that are sitting vacant, right? That just doesn't make sense. So Pronto speeds up that process so that you can get people in.
