How Much Time Do You Spend in Your Research Leadership Role?

I would say probably 90% considering that when I think about the structure and the shape of my team. How can we nurture and foster an environment and a culture where that's possible within our ability? Hiring, you know, hiring and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential candidates is a really important piece of relationship building outwards to the community. Nurturing an environment where those things can grow even though the organization often looks for and demands quick wins.
