I was flying back to California on Monday and got a call out of the blue saying, we no longer need you. I just thought kind of rededicated myself to this particular company in this job. But that was probably my epiphany moment. And I've been in similar situations as well. So fortunately for us, we were fairly, relatively speaking, employable.
