What Is Espionage?
Espionage is finding stuff out, usually on behalf of governments. If it's not involving rule breaking, then its basic journalism. Intelligence is this somewhat amorphous, broad concept that means finding the information your government needs and pulling it together in a usable fashion. Each role is important and each serves a very specific purpose.
