The Role of Toxic Masculinity in Adversity

Psychologists who developed the term toxic masculinity would probably cite apparently some elements of the four definitions of a male as reasons behind this toxic masculinity. When a man perceives himself to be a protector and a provider, for example, that certainly leads to aggressive behavior according to psychologists. I don't understand what these people are saying. These people have spent too much time in textbooks and they themselves don't possess any aggression because there tend to be melancholic people who do not possess any fire inside of them.
